Account Deletion

Method 1 — Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Breakout app:

1. Open the Breakout app on your device.
2. From the Home screen, tap your profile icon to open your profile.
3. Tap the gear (Settings) icon in the top-right corner.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings screen.
5. Tap Delete Account and confirm on the prompt.

Your account and data are deleted right away. You’ll be signed out and returned to the app’s welcome screen once deletion is complete.

Method 2 — Request by email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email:

1. Send an email to support@breakoutmind.com.
2. Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate it. (Breakout accounts are identified by email or Apple sign-in — there is no separate username.)
3. We’ll process your request within 3 business days and send a confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, sign-in credentials, saved progress, and other personal data we hold for your account. Because deletion is immediate and irreversible, there is no way to recover the account or its data afterward.
